Word/Play is a program that encourages children ages 2-5 to create works of art inspired by contemporary children's literature.

Mobile, AL: Alabama Contemporary Art Center is shifting the way we connect through the arts in this time of social distancing. With mass cancellations and our doors closed we’ve had to rethink how we fulfill our mission, and figure out new ways to meet the community where they are. We are starting by re-allocating funds for small commissions of artwork to send to people who need a little light in their life right now.
