“Let it Flow” Intuitive Painting
Saturdays, 2 – 4:30 p.m.
Instructor: Cherrelle Smith
Tap into and explore your “laisse couler” energy – a French creole phrase for ‘let it flow’– with local artist Cherrelle Smith. Allow yourself to manifest your emotions on a canvas. With acrylic paint, we will explore techniques, textures, and tones as we enjoy creating art from within. Participants will learn color theory, how to paint with layers, and get comfortable creating free form art. This class is a great introduction for teens looking to develop their creative voice.
This workshop will meet each Saturday from March 18 to April 8, from 2 – 4:30 pm.
Registration is $60 or $40 for ACAC members

- This workshop is for ages 15+
- Due to equipment availability, this workshop is limited to 10 students and will be subject to cancellation if minimum attendance requirements are not met.
- Registration fees are fixed and will not be prorated due to missed sessions.
- This workshop is an introductory four-week course. By registering for this workshop, you understand that you must attend all courses for full access to the covered lessons and instructional content.
