Intermediate Wheel Throwing

Mastered the basics of wheel throwing? Push your skills further with Instructor Jenny Williams in this intermediate level class. Students will practice advanced techniques for creating forms on the wheel, centering larger quantities of clay, and add clay components like lids, spouts, handles, and/or matching sets. Jenny will help you refine your skill while encouraging more experimentation through glazing and sgrafitto.
Pre requisite: Students must feel comfortable with centering clay and/or must have already taken a beginner wheel class in the last year.
This workshop will meet each Wednesday from November 13, to December 18, 2023, from 5:30 pm – 8 pm.
Registration is $225 or $190 for ACAC members

WORKSHOP POLICIES
- This workshop is for adult students only. You must be 18+ to register
- Due to equipment availability, this workshop is limited to 6 students and will be subject to cancellation if minimum attendance requirements are not met.
- Class fee covers 1 20 lb. bag of clay per student, with more clay available for purchase.
- Registration fees are fixed and will not be prorated due to missed sessions.
- This workshop is an intermediate six-week course. By registering for this workshop, you understand that you must attend all courses for full access to the covered lessons and instructional content.
