Rekindle your family memories in this four-hour acrylic painting workshop with artist Soynika Edwards. Get inspired and let your creative self lead the way.
During this four-hour intensive we will pour, splash, tear, and wash our way into paintings to find the freedom that comes from relying on happenstance and chance for direction. Jones will demonstrate her painting process and will lead you to create the initial surfaces and then find gems that are waiting within those drips of paint. You will learn to let go of outcomes and focus on the materiality and immediacy of the process. Let intuition become your guide!
