Southern Pride Pecha Kucha

On Friday, June 13, Alabama Contemporary will be working in collaboration with Flip Side Bar and Patio to bring you a prideful PechaKucha lineup during ArtWalk! PechaKuchas are our monthly roving rapid fire presentations, with 3 presenters talking about everything and nothing in 20 slides, with 20 seconds per slide. Our speakers include local staples of the LGBTQ+ community Wanda Doomy, Camille D. Sherrington and Michael Casper speaking about what pride means to them. Presentations begin at 6 p.m. sharp on the patio at Flip Side. As always, we will have tunes brought to you by DJ Chef Mick in between. You must be 21+ to attend this event. Donations for ACAC are encouraged but not required. See you there!
