Join us for the Art Yard Party, Alabama Contemporary’s Spring lawn party and fundraiser featuring food, games and libations. We’ll have carnival games, art activities, whimsical creatures, music and absurdist entertainment. Do points matter? Not really, but there will be prizes. All ages are welcome!

ARTWALK PECHA KUCHA
Join us at Braided River Brewing for this month's Artwalk on March 14th for ACAC's first Pecha Kucha to explore the wonderful world of craft beer and craft making. We will be joined by LeaAyn Barr, founder of Moonstruck Pottery, Aryn Carr, the designer behind some of this year's hottest Mardi Gras Royalty fashion and the Braided River Brewing team to give laid back, rapid fire presentations on the crafts we all know and love them for.
LaVada Raouf, Merceria Ludgood, and Valerie George will gab about their favorite troublemakers and zealots of lore. At the tail end of Women's History month, we will explore what all a woman can be, from activists, radical quilt-makers, gender bending and mystic painters, ravenous performance artists, and makers of weird and disturbing imagery.
