Join us for the Art Yard Party, Alabama Contemporary’s Spring lawn party and fundraiser featuring food, games and libations. We’ll have carnival games, art activities, whimsical creatures, music and absurdist entertainment. Do points matter? Not really, but there will be prizes. All ages are welcome!

Alabama Contemporary Art has partnered with the Mobile Museum of Art and Pensacola Museum of Art to co-host a performance of The Grasshopper Rebellion Circus. Bread and Puppet Theater is a socially and politically engaged theater company that started in New York in the 1960s, currently out of Vermont. Each performance enlists local communities and train local participants to perform with the troupe. Join us for a raucous and colorful, funny and poignant show featuring paper maché puppets driven by a hot brass band.
Kids Studio is a weekly program that encourages children ages 3-10 to explore contemporary art. Activities are designed to stimulate young minds while offering cross-curriculum learning opportunities with hands-on projects. Classes are taught by local artists and trained professional educators. Cost of class is $5, or FREE for members!
