Our internship program is designed to assist undergraduate and graduate students in bridging the gap between academia and employability. Interns gain new skills and may earn credits toward their program of study, subject to academic supervisor approval and departmental capabilities.

Interns must be able to commit to a specific schedule and projects assigned, however additional learning opportunities across the organization’s areas of focus will be facilitated when opportunities allow. Interns are required to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week until they reach 150 hours total or the set minimum established by their school if seeking course credit.

Internships are unpaid positions and applicants must be at least 19 years old with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

INTERN WITH US!

What can you expect?

Our internships are program oriented and all interns are expected to present quantifiable outcomes at the completion of their internship period. After training and orientation, you will pitch three project ideas to the full staff. Each intern will then plan, develop, and execute a pilot program or a proposed expansion to an existing program. This way, we procure that each person culminates their experience with a better understanding of working in the cultural sector.
