SUMMARY:With Signs Following
DESCRIPTION:For the last two years Abe Partridge has made regular visits an
d embedded himself in several communities of Appalachian religious snake-h
andlers. After much time spent\, he was given permission to document his e
xperiences\; the music\, rituals\, and stories that called to him. This is
an exhibition of new work exploring those experiences\, made in direct co
 llaboration with this community.
