DESCRIPTION:Join us for a talk and workshop led by Dr. Cynthia Huling Humme
 l\, a fierce Alzheimer's advocate\, artist\, and author from Elmira\, NY. 
 Her recently published book\, Unmasking Alzheimer's\, describes her perspe
 ctive on living with Alzheimer's through the 30 masks she created. Her boo
 k provides an opportunity for people to discuss the changes and challenges
  that come with this diagnosis. Cynthia states\, "Life doesn't end after a
 n Alzheimer's diagnosis. Everyone faces crisis\, but the real challenge is
  moving from 'Why me?' to 'What's next?'".\n\nCynthia will talk about her 
 journey of living with Alzheimer's and how mask-making helped her illustra
 te her experiences. Directly following the talk\, participants are invited
  to create their own masks. All supplies are provided. This program is fre
 e and open to the public.\n\n&nbsp\;
